Funny how an album called "Let It Be" has been the subject of such a firestorm of comments from fans, webmasters (me, being one) and journalists?
Somewhere, John Lennon is howling.
Even though early on, we wondered about the circumstances and the name of this thing, we also said maybe it'd be better if we'd all waited until the thing came out to judge it.
A first newspaper review has appeared and, not surprisingly, it's positive. And the word we got from one source was that it was good. Of course, we won't know for sure until we've all had the chance to judge it.
Maybe that's the solution. After all, we don't want to ruin our enjoyment of the thing before it comes out.
But we are notoriously critical. No problem there.
Remember how we were surprised with YSS? It could happen again.
So let's let it be. Let's be LIBerated. Let's give the piece a chance.
