Great song. I just hope I'm not asked by an alien what does "Jai Guru Da Va" means.

I think the 2003 version is the best because it's the closest to what Lennon might have wanted. The Anthology version is too psychadelic and relies too much on Indian instruments, and the other two have been woefully tampered with and made John's voice sound terrible.

I voted for the Anthology version BECAUSE it's psychedelic.

BTW gluben, how can you know which version would be closest to what Lennon might have wanted?

Two thoughts: This would make a great "Is Klaatu the Beatles" clue. "We declare world contact day.." From Calling Occupants.

What if the song reaches a distant intelligent life form and they attempt to decode the meaning of the message and get it wrong!?! The message is taken as a threat and they launch an attack against our planet. The Beatles are the cause of the end of our world!!!! A great plot for a Twightlight Zone episode.

It's a just feeling, Charon. A feeling deep inside. A feeling I can't hide. Oh yeah.
