The latest Paul-Heather update from Abbeyrd's Beatles Page 1:50 p.m. ET Wednesday

Here's the latest: The Daily Mail reported Paul and Heather, who both
emerged from court smiling Tuesday (as opposed to Monday when they weren't)
are "edging" toward a record settlement that could be finalized this week.
The settlement is said to be based on Heather's contention that the public
animosity against her has made it impossible for her to get a job. She will
be caring for daughter Beatrice, but Paul will have equal visitation rights.
The Mail says he has also agreed to pay for round-the clock security for the
pair and Heather's legal bills. More importantly, his property will not be
touched.
