The Canadian Press is reporting Paul will play a concert in Quebec on July 20. "I am doing a gig, a big gig, in Quebec City on July 20 to help Quebec celebrate their 400th anniversary - that's a long time!"

Breaking news: Tonight's Ringo show canceled

The Times-Record Herald Online is reporting the Bethel Center for the Arts
show tonight (Saturday) has been canceled because of equipment delivery
problems. To quote the paper, "One of the band's equipment trucks has broken
down near the United States/Canada border on its way from Niagara, a Bethel
Woods spokesperson said." The paper says the concert will not be rescheduled
and that anyone who purchased tickets online will be automatically refunded.
Those who purchased tickets in person must return them to the point of
purchase for a refund.

board update ... info from xsorbit

Xsorbit finally responded. Here's what they said: "There has been a major problem on our hosting site due to a major explosion on their facility. due to the nature of the server problem we were not able to provide you with prior notice because all of the servers are down at that moment."

 

They also said the board is up, but a quick check reveals it's not. I've already replied back that it's not, but it's possible it'll be back today. At any rate, moving is still a possibility. Stay tuned.

Still haven't heard from xsorbit, so I'm moving forward and assuming the board is down permanently. I'm looking into other boards with yuku (formerly ezboard) and proboards as the likeliest options. I'll try to make a decision in the next few days. Sorry for this.

It's official: "All Together Now" DVD has been delayed

We've gotten confirmation from the press representatives that the "All Together Now" DVD won't be out until sometime (no date set) in the fall. It will continue to be shown at world film festivals. The reaction so far, the rep told us, has been great.
